Ongoing care begins

If you’re happy with the result, we move into ongoing care on a consistent schedule.

We handle routine maintenance and water balance, so your pool remains clean, safe, and swim-ready without you needing to manage anything.

After each visit, you receive a brief service summary outlining water balance, adjustments made and any other recommendations.

Ongoing services operate on a recurring subscription, with billing processed automatically.

This allows us to maintain consistent scheduling, reliable service and long-term care for every pool.

Additional services

Routine, preventative maintenance is included in your subscription.

Repairs, equipment replacement or structural works are assessed and quoted separately where required.

A minimum service period applies to support water stability and long-term results.
