A better standard of pool maintenance

Stonewater Pool Maintenance provides ongoing pool care on a subscription basis.
All services are delivered on a fixed schedule and billed automatically via Australian Direct Debit (BECS).

Ongoing Pool Maintenance

Our core service is regular, scheduled pool maintenance designed to keep your pool consistently clean, balanced and swim ready.

Each visit includes:

  • Precision water testing and chemical calibration (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, stabiliser)

  • Adjustment of sanitiser and balancing agents to maintain stable operating ranges

  • Removal of routine debris to maintain presentation standards

  • Emptying skimmer and pump baskets

  • Visual equipment inspection and performance confirmation

  • Saltwater chlorinator inspection and routine cell maintenance (including regular salt balancing to upkeep salt chlorinator requirements)

Ongoing oversight

In addition to physical servicing, your pool remains under active monitoring.

  • Performance trends are observed over time

  • Seasonal shifts are accounted for

  • Minor variances are corrected before escalation

  • Equipment concerns are communicated early

Stonewater operates on a capped client model to ensure consistency and attention across every residence

Services are preventative and structured, not reactive or rushed.

Monthly Oversight

Designed for low-use pools requiring periodic professional assessment rather than ongoing management.

This service is suited to properties where the pool is rarely used, has minimal environmental load, and remains largely stable between visits.

Monthly servicing focuses on:

• Water testing and balancing

• Equipment checks and system review

• Light debris removal and surface care

As conditions can change between visits, this service does not provide the same level of consistency or responsiveness as our ongoing maintenance plans.

Monthly service is offered selectively and may not be suitable for all pools.

Where more consistent care is required, we will recommend a fortnightly or weekly schedule.

What’s not included

Some services fall outside the scope of routine maintenance and are not included unless quoted separately.

  • Green pool recovery or neglected pool remediation

  • Storm or extreme weather clean-ups

  • Structural, plumbing, or electrical issues

  • Equipment repairs or replacements

How It Works

  3. We begin with an initial visit focused on getting everything corrected and balanced.

  4. If it meets your standard, we move into ongoing care on a fixed schedule with automatic billing.

Stonewater operates on an ongoing residential pool care service to ensure consistency, priority scheduling and long-term results.

Ongoing service is structured with a minimum 8-week service cycle.
